Hello, My daugher is 4.2 months old. We are giving her iron drops twice a day. We are observing a slight behavior in her nature now post the iron drops have been initiated. She behaves a bit cranky throughout the day. Does iron drops creates irritability in child or the behavior is normal as per her development? Thanks!

A. hello parent your kids 4 month old routine administration of iron drops is not required required only if babe has decreased appetite or low hemoglobi n, may have side effects like vomitings or constipation etc
