Q.

Hello.. My baby is 6 months old and is formula fed since birth. 2 days back I started with Dexolac stage 2. This powder does not dissolve well with water. Lot of foam appears and lumps form at the base of the bottle. I checked the expiry date, it is not even closer to expiry. Also water is neither too hot or cold. What could be the cause?

A. if it is not dissolving properly then kindly go for another packet or change the brand. many times some defective packets may come in the market. usually it should dissolve after few minutes
