Hello My baby is 11 days old and she is having an acne all over her face and body. I firstly massage her body with Lal tel. After that I massage her body with coconut oil. But acne will not be disappear. I generally used Himalaya baby products for bathing. So what's the reason behind it?

A. it is very common small babies will have body acne particularly on the face because of maternal hormones no need to do anything they will will be disappear in soon
