hello, my baby has some pores around her mouth.. It look like an allergic. But apart from that there are no symptoms or anything on her body.. why is it?? is it due to any allergy? please tell what could caused it?

Yes There could be a possibility that it is due to some allergy or infection but that for proper assessment would be required so you have to consult your paediatrician for a check up that way you’ll get a better reply and understanding and also if needed medication would also be
