yesterday my baby fall frm bed on forehead there is no any sign an symptoms or no swelling,can take her to dr or not?

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear tgthis...
