Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, to loose weight you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises. Good luck and take care
