hello my baby girl is 13 month old can I had pinch of turmeric to milk to build her immunity. is thr any side effects PLZZ answer asap

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 1 year of age there is no problem adding A pinch of turmeric to the milk the baby said to be having immunomodulatory effect .

Yes you may add it in small quantity.
Use A2 Desi cow milk preferably
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
