With a very light and form hand you have to massage the body of your child I would recommend you to do it twice in a day once in the morning and once in the night before sleeping it really helps a lot in good blood circulation and relaxing the body and if you are looking for videos then you can look online how do you need to use your hand and gestures to massage the body
