Hello Meri baby girl 2 years 3 months Ki hai Uski avaj aesi h jase uska glaa kharab ho but na fever h na cold Fer kya ho skta h

A. आप घरेलू उपचार जैसे तुलसी अदरक शहद (यदि बच्चा 1 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र का है तो शहद मिलाएँ) के संयोजन के लिए जा सकते हैं जिसे पानी से पतला किया जा सकता है और बच्चे को बार-बार दिया जा सकता है। आप हल्दी को गर्म दूध के साथ रोजाना एक या दो बार दे सकते हैं। पीने के लिए गर्म पानी और साथ ही नाक में nasal saline drops बार-बार डाल सकते हैं। बच्चे के आसपास के तापमान में बदलाव को रोकनेs की कोशिश करें जो गर्म से ठंडे और ठंडे से गर्म वातावरण में हो। बच्चे को अच्छी तरह ढक कर रखें। अगर बच्चे की हथेलियाँ और तलवे ठंडे हैं तो बच्चे को ठंड लग रही है और आपको बच्चे को गर्म करने के लिए निवारक उपाय करने होंगे। s
