Hello Mam,. my son is 3 year 4 months old still he is not able to chew the food and so we have to grind rotis and make him eat, how should I make him learn how to chew? Also for past few months he is walking on his toes rather than full feet what is the reason and what should I do make him walk with full feet?

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give sotsme multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth
