Q.

Hello mam, My mummy tummy not yet reduced it was like am not deliverd .what is the reason and how could I reduce it and my postpartum bleeding is still there it's now 52 days ?

A. to reduce mummy tummy you can start with some brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise some cardio or zumba classes take care of your diet restrict sugar and sweet intake keep your self well hydrated
