Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Nuts, Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food.

please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please include one citrus fruit in your child daily diet like fresh oranges sweet lime lemon juice etc
because vitamin C is essential for absorption of iron
