Trying To Conceive1 Year ago

Hello mam mujhe 5 weeks and 6 days pregnancy thi kal night Mai mujhe bleeding hui and aj subh hui thodi si but ab bleeding nhi ho rahi and mene abhi recently test kiya hai to pregnancy positive aa rahi hai ye kya ho sakta hai??

A. do sonography. the upt will remain positive , for few days even if the pregnancy is aborted. so consult for proper examination and further guidance. avoid self management
