As you have been delivered recently 2 months ago take rest it takes 5-6 months to recover from C-Section delivery.
Have Balanced diet, water .
Breast feed exclusively it will help in controlling weight .
Avoid High calorie, processed,sugar, oily, packed,maida recipes which add on excess weight.
