hello mam, I have asked a question where you have responded that both Ashwgandha and Shatavari are safe for breastfeeding mothers. Mam I have read on you tube that a breastfeeding mom should not consume Ashwagandha this thing make so many doubts in my mind. pls clear my doubt regarding Ashwagandha. I have 1.9 yrs baby girl

A. Ashwagandha is good for overall well being of the make and females but if you want to take it for improving milk flow then shatavari alone can be taken no need to club them together otherwise it’s safe
