Neelam ChinnappaMom of 3 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please no that the he belt is only to help support your internal organs so that you do not strain them it is not for reducing your belly once if you had normal delivery then you can start with exercises one month after just start with walking in then work up your way for the intensity of the exercises however if you had C section then you will need to give your body at least six months to recover before you can start with some mind exercise
