hello friends... I got delivery on 26.12.20..that too C- Section, now I am confused to use belt,like when to use??? After how many days I need to use the belt to reduce my tummy and how to reduce weight and hip size ???

A. Hello mom it’s not for reducing the tummy it inturn help to keep the tummy intact as earlier it was a bbay inside and now that the baby is out the tummy tends to get loose . You can use all day long avoid when eating your meals and then wear after some time .
