Q.

hello Mam I delivered my child with C- section and it has been 6 months completed. Can I start exercise now and which exercise needs to be avoided. I have fear that stretching will hurt my internal stitches.

A. yes Take a well balanced nutritious diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene sterilize all the utensils thoroughly to avoid infection

A. Hi mom By six months the stitches get healed internally and externally. That is why we recommend to start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Now u can start with yoga, streching, gym, running etc.
