Q.

hello mam I am wearing L size belt after c section as per doctor advise. now after 1 month 17 days I feel the belt is little lose now. can I change the belt size to M.

A. Yes of course you can change the size of the belt but keep in mind that you’re not supposed to tie it tightly. It should only be snuggly fit as its purpose is to give support to your postpartum belly and not to reduce your tummy fatWrite Your Answer Here

A. Yes If you want you can always reduce down the size but I would like to tell you it is not going to help in reducing down your tummy it is only going to keep it in place so I do not know what kind of a belt are you using mostly they come with Velcro and all which are adjustable but if you feel that this one is not suiting the new reduce down the size
