take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

You have to wait till your baby turned six months old then only you can start doing yoga regularly it will help in losing your tummy fat. Till the time you should just continue using maternity belt for your regularly it will help in giving a proper shape to yours tummy
