hello maam...i had norml delivery on jan 2021...bt got many stiches...it has been 10 mnths bt even today i felt pain wen i do pick heavy things like bucket with water ...how long i wil get rid of it..it was my second delivery ...first one was also normal n i got fully recovered within mnth...bt dis tym i do really suffers..
