Hello ma'am my daughter is 3years 7 month old and her immunity is very weak.again and again she is suffering from cold and cough

A. hi first ,i advise to give healthy and well balanced,homemade diet to your child. second , include atleast one serving of citrus fruits in your child diet , vitamin C rich fruits i.e oranges ,amala , kiwis etc help to build strong immunity of child third , ensure that your child drinks enough water ,it is equally important as it helps in easy digestion.
