#AskTheExpert my son Zeeshan is 3years old and he just started his new journey of school and after that he is suffering from cold again and again what is the reason sir please suggest me

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be verfey useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the svymptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

A. It Mostly could be weak immunity because it for past two years your child has been at home only which is why this happens with immunity of the kids have really gone down so you should start with iron and multivitamin supplements for the child
