A. Hi you can add specific caloric dense foods to child's recipes like ghee almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates, banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut, egg paneer, avocado, anjeer, for Healthy weight gain. avoid giving Biscuits, waffers, bakery products chips chocolates farsan sugary drinks
