Q.

hello, it is 6 months post delivery now. my palms, hands, wrists feel numb, tingling, its causes discomfort even while shaking a bottle..what is causing this?? please advise.

A. hi mom u should get ur hb , vit b 12 and blood sugar levels checked .. take balance diet foods rich in protein vitamins and minerals .. take care ok
