ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes both ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok.
abinayavMom of a 10 yr 3 m old boy1 Year agoA. I'd advise soaking 5-10 raisins in water overnight. If you prefer, blend the soaked raisins into a smooth puree and offer 1-2 teaspoons. Always introduce new foods slowly and watch for any reactions. It's best to consult with your pediatrician first. And I tried the raising spread recipe from my little moppet website, it's too good for kids.. you can try after 8 months..
