hello..... is it okay to take folic acid 5 mg tablet during first trimester of pregnancy.. or we should take a lower dose.

A. You should go ahead be taking it with your doctors advice if your doctor says this one is good to take then you should continue with it and if your doctor says that you need to lower down the dosage then you proceeded with that however it is suggested by your doctor
