hello I'm mother of 1 year 2 month old baby I want to know chia seeds is good while breastfeeding or not

It should not affect the breast milk production or the breast milk feeding. It is also a good food, if the goodness of chia reaches your baby even that will be good. Nothing to worry. Go ahead continue breastfeeding and follow your routine of chia seeds.
