Q.

hello, I'm a breastfeeding mom.. after delivery a baby boy it's been 10months now.. gradually I'm loosing too much weight and become too thin suggest something how should I take care of myself and what food, drinks is best for me to take

A. Hello mom check with your doctor and prefer to take multivitamin , check your hb levels checked as well too , have milk , dry fruits and nuts , roatsed makhanas, have panjiri , have small meals tbroughout the day , also take rest whenever possible

A. eat lots of fruits and vegetables and almonds and cashew and drink plenty of water take care ur health fitness first go and consult ur doctor and take vitamins tablets. don't worry dear.
