Loosing weight can be due to breast feed.. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken, avocado, sweet potato etc in ur diet to increase your weight
