#AskTheExpert hello mam.. i m a mother of 2 months baby...i hv went through cs type delivery..when will i start exercise routine and which type exercise can be done for tummy redution ...it looks bulgy..

A. Hi parent It's normal. walk more Practice yogasana and upavasa. Eat couple of bites less than what you really want to eat. Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits in diet. Reduce intake of cereals and pulses Avoid packaged and processed food , maida and sugar.
