Q.

Hello...I'm 5 months pregnant...I've a history of rheumatoid arthritis. my arthritis medication are currently on hold. I've got swollen feet during this 5th month of pregnancy. from about 15 to 20 days I've got it. So I wanted to ask if these feet are swollen because of arthritis or pregnancy? And if it is due to pregnancy, can it be harmful to me or my baby in future? what should I do to reduce it at home?

A. hi you have arthritis and if also have body weight is more then it might be due to that , just eat healthy and nutritious only, avoid taking fatty foods, oily or outside foods. and also check your hemoglobin level it happens sometimes due to iron deficiency, do consult with your gynaecologist regarding this once as she will examine you physically and guide you better accordingly
