A. I hope doing good, taking plenty of fruits along with that honey mixed up with dry fruits may increase the level of hemoglobin(only organic honey daily 1 to 2 table spoons recommend) and another tip which may also help, soak handful of groundnut overnight and take it with jaggery in the morning.

A. yes your hemoglobin is little bit less for this you can take green leafy vegetables good source of iron all types of seasonal fruits traditional foods it need for supplements of iron

consume more beetroot in your daily meal. it will increase hemoglobin level.

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Carrots, pomegranates, beetroot are good for hemoglobin. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care

A. You can consume beetroot pomegranate sweet potato broccoli and spinach every day into your diet have iron supplement and have that iron supplement with any good juice that you would want because that’s going to help in better absorption of iron in the body
