I hope doing good, taking plenty of fruits along with that honey mixed up with dry fruits may increase the level of hemoglobin(only organic honey daily 1 to 2 table spoons recommend) and another tip which may also help, soak handful of groundnut overnight and take it with jaggery in the morning.

Carrots, pomegranates, beetroot are good for hemoglobin. Consult your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care
