Q.

I an 35 week pregnant and my hemoglobin level is 9.9 what should I do to increase my hemoglobin??

A. Do have to take iron medication on a daily basis along with vitamin C but your doctor might consider giving IV iron transfusion so have a talk with your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

A. Take moringa soup, dates(only 2 per day), gooseberry juice,, these are the best sources to increase the HB level rapidly

A. my wife has same problem of low hemoglobin,doctor said if level goes below 9 then have to inject iron injection.

A. in pregnancy HB levels will decrease as the pregnancy progress to improve you can take pomegranate or pomegranate juice or you can take dates or dates syrup boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half then take the milk
