Q.

hello I have to travel out of India in July for 20 days due to some official work. my baby will be 7 months old, my baby is now also not fully dependent on breast milk I have been giving her formula since birth. I want to continue lactation after gap of 20 days, can anyone suggest me what should I do

A. I completely understand your feelings but I will be very honest with you when you do not feed your child for a certain duration your body automatically stop making milk during that time so it would be difficult but you can try taking lactation supplements if you want to feed the child if it helps but actually the body normally stop making sufficient feeling when you do not need for a long time so it would be better that you do not keep your hopes high with that
