Q.

Hello I have 8 months old baby and I am breastfeeding him. I have got 5.3 mm stone in lower ureter of right kidney. I have been prescribed these medicines. Are they all safe during breastfeeding? Tab Drolgan, cyclopam,tab neeri and syrup alkaston.

A. If your doctor knows that you are a breastfeeding mother and yet these medicines has been prescribed and of course you can take it because they would have taken every thing into consideration before prescribing you any medicine so not a problem and if they are not aware then you need to make them aware and then talk about weather you can take the medicine or not
