Hello I am working mother as my baby feeding he is 4 month old he is on breastfeeding and I leave him at home.i had a plan to remove my breast milk to feed him After remove breast milk by breast pump how longer it can be used and which method to preserve?

If you’re leaving it only for the day then refrigerator it it is going to be a better choice when the person has to feed it they can heat the milk and they can give it to the child with the feeding bottle so that’s a very good option and every day if you’re going to pump and storing it in refrigerator would be a better choice
