Q.

Hello. I am a mother of 1 yr and 2 months girl baby and also 2 months pregnant. I am afraid about my present feotus. I have a fear whether the feotus is safe and growing well. How can i find it. I just have twice vomitings but the feeling of vomiting and nause i feel every hour. And also have the acid reflux and dry cough. How to take care of them

A. please stay positive. everything will be fine. you just take good care of yourself. for acid reflux you may want to consult your gynecologist and take an antacid if required. avoid too spicy food. nausea and acid reflux are common symptoms during first trimester. eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. drink enough water.
