hello , I am 2 months pregnant is it safe to work in night shift. My shift ends at 3am.

A. Hello mom, It’s depends on your health, If body is supporting then it’s okay But there is disturbing in sleeping parameter it dose help you in day time and I hope sleep won’t be sufficient in pregnancy make sure to have enough sleep
