Q.

Hello..how much gap should I keep between each meal?

A. Hi Usually you should give meals every 2 to 3 hours. it also depends on how hungry the child is . Try to let child recognise hunger & come back to you asking for food. Demand feeding is better than force feeding.

A. as i can see your baby id 2 year plus so you can give all three main meals to baby breakfast lunch and dinner and along with that milk twice a day , and in between if baby demands you can give buttermilk, coconut water, cucumber, beetroot, juices, soups, daliya, upma etc
