ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. After Delivery the periods remain irregular so no need to worry for that just maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking and try to do meditation whenever possible which will help regularize the periods

Then you should consult your gynaecologist regarding the issue she can help me with the proper course of medication which is going to help in regulating your cycle and after that hopefully you will not feel the same problem that you are facing already right now
