Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

There is no specific specific time it can even take six months to 1 year and maybe more than that depending from woman to woman so there is no certainty when I can tell you that you will have your periods but you will get them when your body is ready to menstruate
