hello gud morning sir my baby is 7month old, he have cold from last 3days, then I give him mextra drop, now he releaved from cold bt now he will urine passed less, what I can do and he is not feeding in proper way, I am so worried about him,,, pls suggest me something.

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongjhestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
