Q.

Hello everyone, my daughter is 3.5 months old now. we are traveling by flight in next week. journey will be almost around 18hrs till we reach our destination. please let me know the guidelines to follow. also m worried abt my milk supply for 18hrs as m exclusively breastfeeding her. will I get enough milk for her? as I will only be having flight food n other extra food.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have good and healthy food at the time of travelling and also use an ear plug for your baby and all’s at the time of landing and take off please breast feed your baby. Thanks and take care
