Q.

hello everyone, I was COVID positive last year in the month of May, my daughter was staying with me.she also had fever that time , now she is going to school but she is suffering from cold, and fever more offen, it's almost twenty days that she is falling ill, I have given her amoxy clav, solvin cold , but after that she was fine for a week and now again she is suffering from cold and fever as there are students of her class having cold and fever. I think her immunity has become weak that's why falling ill. suggest what to do.

A. yeahntrues wk immunity causes so Frequent infections happen because of weak immune system. A. hi mam ,first thing , please don't give antibiotics by own. yes ,as a child is getting cold and cough ,fever frequently,it indicates that your child is having low immunity so I advise to give Turmeric milk once in a day. give citrus fruits like apple, kiwi , mango etc more keep your child well hydrated avoid giving cold and sugary food items frequently give sunbath for 20 minutes a day give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder daily in morning
