A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, chicken, egg, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and milk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
