Q.

hello dr my daughter is 5.2yr old she no eat any vegetable she refuse all tym no like banaana, vegetables, she only eat rice-dal, khichadi, French fries, egg....... but she not eat any iron reache food. what I do for she eat ever things by her self and her weight is only 13.5 kg

A. kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet give milkshake with dry fruit powder for weight gain . . . . . .. .

A. Hello dear parent! Loss of appetite can often indicate vitamin deficiency in the child. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Try as much to include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give healthy foods on different forms and shapes. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
