Q.

he only want rice with milk if I offer vegetables he refuse to eat

A. set a positive example for your child, by having all healthy foods. yourself eat the vegetables t that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try don't be pushy but be gently encouraging remember it's a phase it will pass
