Hello Dr. My daughter is 2yrs 1month old, while sleeping she doesn't take blanket or any thing to cover her body. How will I protect her from this severe cold climate. Please help...

try to meaintain prodper temperature as children have a weak thermoregulatory mechanism. skin dryness should be avoided .
seasonal flu and other Infection should be taken care appropriately .
A good healthy diet and proper vaccination is important as well .

Babies do this and it is quite normal so you don’t have to worry about it at all. The only solution is this you have to cover your baby again and again over night. Because again and again baby will remove the blanket and you have to cover your baby again and again over the night
