hello Dr.my c section completed four months still i didn't get a period my belly too much big is this ok how to loss my belly

Gayatri DawdaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi some females may get periods after 1 month of delivery while some may take months for hormonal cycle to normalise. so donot worry. try to maintain a healthy diet & start some form of exercise daily. this helps to improve the hormonal balance.

Hello ma’am C-section mothers have to wait for a while because of what is this this is he’ll only after that they can go for any kind of workout and dieting so have patience with that and also I would like to tell you that some women can skip their periods for six months to 1 year so need not worry about your periods will come whenever your body is ready for
